A scratching is when a selection fails to take its place in a race or event.
For all bets placed after the final field has been declared, you will be given a full refund. In the event the selection was part of a Multi-Bet, the Multi-Bet will stand and be recalculated without regard to the affected leg.
Refunds do not apply to All in (Future) markets if your selection is scratched.
When a horse or dog is scratched after you place your fixed odds bet, we will apply a deduction to your payout. The deduction will be based on the price when it was scratched. This is an industry standard rule and is the fairest way to compensate for a scratched runner. Similarly, if your selection is scratched we will return your stake.
